1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing our website, placing an order, or using LifeJournal, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase the product.
2. The LifeJournal product
LifeJournal Q4 2026 + 2027 is a downloadable, hyperlinked PDF planning product. It is not a physical item and no physical shipment is included. Features, page counts, compatibility, bonuses, pricing, and availability are described on the checkout page in effect when you order.
3. Personal-use license
After successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the purchased LifeJournal file for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may use the file on devices you personally control and print reasonable copies for yourself. You may not:
- Share, upload, distribute, sell, sublicense, or give the file or any substantial portion of it to another person.
- Use the file as a template for resale, client work, membership content, or another commercial product.
- Remove copyright or ownership notices, or claim the design or content as your own.
- Use the product in a way that infringes rights, violates law, or attempts to bypass access controls.
4. Orders and payment
You agree to provide accurate order information and authorize the displayed one-time charge through the payment method you select. Taxes may be added where required. An order may be declined, canceled, or refunded if it appears fraudulent, is placed in error, or cannot be fulfilled.
5. Delivery and access
Digital access is ordinarily provided after a successful payment through the confirmation page, receipt email, customer portal, or another method stated at checkout. You are responsible for entering a working email address, saving a backup copy, and using compatible PDF software. If access does not arrive, contact [email protected] so we can help.
6. Refunds
Purchases are governed by the refund policy presented at checkout and available on our Refund Policy page. Nothing in these terms limits a non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable law.
7. Faith and educational content
LifeJournal is intended for personal planning, reflection, and general faith-based education. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, or professional advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional or local faith leader. Scripture reflections and prompts are offered for general devotional use; you remain responsible for your own decisions and practices.

The LifeJournal product, website, branding, layouts, copy, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the personal-use license expressly stated above.
9. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape or copy the service at scale, misuse forms, impersonate another person, or use our services for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.

Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms for future use of the services. The terms in effect when you purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent.
